Kimchi Deviled Eggs

PROTIP:  Make the night before and refrigerate for convenience! 


  • 6 Large farm eggs
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped FAB FERMENTS® hot kimchi
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp FAB FERMENTS® SASSS Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Sea Salt to taste


  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Hot Kimchi-Finely Chopped
  • Chives-Snipped or Finely Chopped


  • Boil eggs (10 minutes), cool, peel and halve lengthwise                                    
  • Remove the yolks to a medium bowl and mash with a fork                                                
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped Hot Kimchi, mayonnaise and mustard.  Season to taste with sea salt
  • Fill egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture, garnish each deviled egg with chopped Hot Kimchi, Red Chili Flakes and Chives
  • Transfer the eggs to a platter and serve immediately or cover& refrigerate until serving.
