Kimchi Deviled Eggs
PROTIP: Make the night before and refrigerate for convenience!
Ingredients
- 6 Large farm eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped FAB FERMENTS® hot kimchi
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp FAB FERMENTS® SASSS Hot Pepper Sauce
- Sea Salt to taste
Garnish
- Red Chili Flakes
- Hot Kimchi-Finely Chopped
- Chives-Snipped or Finely Chopped
Instructions
- Boil eggs (10 minutes), cool, peel and halve lengthwise
- Remove the yolks to a medium bowl and mash with a fork
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped Hot Kimchi, mayonnaise and mustard. Season to taste with sea salt
- Fill egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture, garnish each deviled egg with chopped Hot Kimchi, Red Chili Flakes and Chives
- Transfer the eggs to a platter and serve immediately or cover& refrigerate until serving.
