Kimchi Deviled Eggs
PROTIP: Make the night before and refrigerate for convenience!
- 6 Large farm eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped FAB FERMENTS® hot kimchi
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp FAB FERMENTS® SASSS Hot Pepper Sauce
- Sea Salt to taste
Garnish
- Red Chili Flakes
- Hot Kimchi-Finely Chopped
- Chives-Snipped or Finely Chopped
Boil eggs (10 minutes), cool, peel and halve lengthwise
Remove the yolks to a medium bowl and mash with a fork
Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped Hot Kimchi, mayonnaise and mustard. Season to taste with sea salt
Fill egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture, garnish each deviled egg with chopped Hot Kimchi, Red Chili Flakes and Chives
Transfer the eggs to a platter and serve immediately or cover& refrigerate until serving.
