Lemon Lavender Kombucha Vinaigrette

PROTIP:  Add a fresh egg yolk for a creamyvinaigrette dressing


  • 1/2 Cup FAB FERMENTS® lemon lavender kombucha
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 farm fresh egg yolk (optional)


  • Combine ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. 
  • If adding egg yolk, separate the white from the yolk and whisk together yolk with the above ingredients.  Discard egg white or use for another recipe!
  • Top your favorite farm fresh salad or drizzle over roasted veggies and ancient grains for a yummy meal!
